No account, no sign-in. Your cars, photos and documents live on this device, and the backup that keeps them safe goes to your own iCloud — your Apple account, never ours, and we cannot read it. What reaches us is the plate you look up, so the DVSA can send the record back — and, only if you ask for something near you, a rough map point. Never your name, and never your postcode. We do not have them.
